This is a demo for client testing
This version of Rubyie FIS is a demonstration of a human resources solution. It is provided so clients can try the website and the Android employee app. It is not a finished production service for live employee records.
Accounts, employees, attendance, leave, loans, and messages in this version are demo data used for testing. Do not enter real personal information that you need to keep private. A client who chooses to try the demo with their own sample staff should use test records, not production payroll or identity documents.
What the demo is
Rubyie FIS is the employee part of an HR project. Administrators use the website. Employees use the Android app, and can also use the employee pages on the website. The demo lets a client see attendance, leave, loans, payslips, messages, and employee records working together.
Information the demo handles
The demo stores only what is needed to show those HR features:
- Account details: user ID, a protected password, role, and the last time the account signed in.
- Employee records entered for the test: name, employee number, contact details, address, photo, department, job title, shift, and join date.
- Attendance: check-in and check-out times for primary work and for overtime.
- Location at the moment of a check-in or check-out, so the demo can tell whether the punch was inside an assigned work site. The app does not track location in the background.
- A phone enrollment for attendance. The fingerprint or face scan stays on the phone. The demo receives a public key and a signature for that punch. It does not receive a fingerprint image or a face template.
- Leave requests, loan requests, salary and payslip figures used in the demo, and messages between an employee and an administrator.
- Technical sign-in details such as the time of an action and the network address of the browser or app, kept in the demo activity log.
The published demo app does not upload diagnostic logs. A separate test build may send error notes to the demo server only when that troubleshooting option is turned on for an investigation.
How the demo uses that information
The information is used to sign the tester in, show the employee profile, record attendance, calculate a sample payslip, and let the tester send a leave request, a loan request, or a message. Administrators of the same demo can review those records.
The demo does not sell personal information. It does not use it for advertising. It does not send it to data brokers.
Who can see it
Demo administrators and the employee whose record it is can see the information their role is allowed to open. The hosting provider that runs this demo website stores the files and database as part of operating the site.
Because this is a shared client demo, other people invited to test the same site may see sample records. That is a reason to keep real private data out of this version.
How long it is kept
Demo records stay on the demo server while this test version is available. They may be changed, reset, or deleted when the demonstration is updated or closed. They are not kept as an official employment archive.
Children
The demo is for adult client testers and sample employee accounts. It is not directed at children.

الحسابات والموظفون والحضور والإجازات والسلف والرسائل في هذه النسخة بيانات تجريبية. لا تُدخل معلومات شخصية حقيقية يلزم الحفاظ على سريتها. إذا أراد العميل التجربة بموظفين نموذجيين، فليستعمل سجلات اختبار لا كشوف رواتب أو وثائق رسمية.
ما هذه النسخة
روبي هو جزء الموظف من مشروع الموارد البشرية. المدير يستخدم الموقع، والموظف يستخدم تطبيق أندرويد ويمكنه أيضاً استخدام صفحات الموظف في الموقع. تعرض النسخة الحضور والإجازة والسلفة وقسيمة الراتب والرسائل وسجل الموظف معاً.
المعلومات التي تتعامل معها النسخة
- بيانات الحساب: معرّف المستخدم، وكلمة مرور محفوظة بشكل محمي، والدور، ووقت آخر دخول.
- سجل الموظف المُدخل للتجربة: الاسم، والرقم الوظيفي، وبيانات الاتصال، والعنوان، والصورة، والقسم، والمسمى، والدوام، وتاريخ الالتحاق.
- الحضور: وقت الدخول والخروج للعمل الأساسي وللعمل الإضافي.
- الموقع في لحظة تسجيل الدخول أو الخروج فقط، لمعرفة إن كان التسجيل داخل موقع العمل المحدد. التطبيق لا يتتبع الموقع في الخلفية.
- تسجيل الهاتف للحضور. تبقى البصمة أو التعرف على الوجه داخل الهاتف. تستلم النسخة مفتاحاً عاماً وتوقيفاً لذلك التسجيل، ولا تستلم صورة البصمة أو قالب الوجه.
- طلبات الإجازة وطلبات السلفة وأرقام الراتب المستخدمة في العرض، والرسائل بين الموظف والمدير.
- تفاصيل تقنية مثل وقت الإجراء وعنوان الشبكة، ضمن سجل النشاط في النسخة التجريبية.
تطبيق العرض المنشور لا يرفع سجلات تشخيص. قد ترسل نسخة اختبار منفصلة ملاحظات الخطأ إلى الخادم فقط إذا فُعّل ذلك الخيار للتحقيق في مشكلة.
كيف تُستخدم هذه المعلومات
تُستخدم المعلومات لتسجيل دخول المُختبِر، وإظهار الملف، وتسجيل الحضور، وحساب قسيمة راتب نموذجية، وإرسال طلب إجازة أو سلفة أو رسالة. يمكن لمديري النسخة نفسها مراجعة هذه السجلات.
لا تُباع المعلومات الشخصية، ولا تُستخدم للإعلان، ولا تُرسل إلى وسطاء بيانات.
من يمكنه الاطلاع عليها
مدير النسخة التجريبية والموظف صاحب السجل يريان ما يسمح به دور كل منهما. مزود الاستضافة الذي يشغّل موقع العرض يحفظ الملفات وقاعدة البيانات لتشغيل الموقع.
ولأن هذه نسخة مشتركة لتجربة العملاء، قد يرى أشخاص آخرون مدعوون للاختبار السجلات النموذجية. لذلك لا تُوضع بيانات خاصة حقيقية في هذه النسخة.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تبقى سجلات العرض على خادم التجربة ما دامت هذه النسخة متاحة. قد تُعدَّل أو تُصفَّر أو تُحذف عند تحديث العرض أو إغلاقه. ليست أرشيفاً وظيفياً رسمياً.
الأطفال
النسخة مخصصة لمختبرين بالغين من العملاء ولحسابات موظفين نموذجية. ليست موجهة للأطفال.
